This lovely ride follows National Cycle route 1 between these two Yorkshire based coastal towns.
You start near the tourist information centre in the attractive holiday resort of Scarborough and head south along the signed National Cycle Route 1 and the coast to Osgodby. You continue south on quiet country roads crossing the River Hertford near Folkton and passing through Hunmanby and Bempton. The ride finishes passing Grade 1 listed Sewerby Hall and gardens before a pleasant stretch along the Bridlington sea front brings you to the tourist information centre.
