Aghanaglack Walk
This walk takes you to the ancient Aghanaglack burial tomb in the Ballintempo Forest of County Fermanagh.
You can start the walk from the roadside parking area just off the Boho Road. From here it is a short walk north east along country lanes to the site. The dual court tomb, dating from the Neolithic period between 4000 and 2000 B.C., stands as a testament to the area's ancient human activity.
The area also includes Brimstone Rock, a prominent sandstone outcrop historically used as a mass rock during the 17th century when Catholic worship was prohibited. A bench near this site offers a restful spot to appreciate views of the forest and nearby lakes.
You can continue your walking in the area by heading south to Cuilcagh Mountain and the popular Stairway to Heaven Walk.
