Brimham Rocks to Fountains Abbey Walk

This walk takes you from Brimham Rocks to Studley Park and Fountains Abbey in Yorkshire.
The route runs for a distance of nearly 8 miles and connects two of the popular walking attractions of the region. Much of the route follows a section of the Ripon Rowel, a waymarked circular route running through the area.
The walk will take you through the woodland area of High Moor before a nice waterside section along Eavestone Lake. You continue to the village of Sawley before arriving at the expansive Studley Park. Here you can explore the ancient ruins of Fountains Abbey and visit a stunning landscaped garden.
