Goring Gap and Hartslock Nature Reserve Walk
This circular river walk explores the Goring Gap and visits the Hartslock Nature Reserve near the riverside village of Goring.
The Goring Gap is a particularly scenic section of the River Thames with some wonderful views across the Chiltern Hills and Berkshire Downs. Just south of Goring there's also the Hartslock Nature Reserve where you'll find some lovely riverside woodland with lots of wildlife and a variety of wild orchids to see.
The walk starts and finishes from Goring & Streatley Train Station and runs for 4 miles following local footpaths and quiet country lanes.
