Forest Farm Country Park
This lovely country park and nature reserve in Cardiff is a great place for a peaceful cycle or walk. There are 150 acres to explore with a section of the Taff Trail running through the park alongside the River Taff.
The Glamorganshire Canal or Cardiff Merthyr canal runs through the site - look out for Kingfishers and Herons on the water in this area. There is also a peaceful woodland section.

The River Taff adjacent to Forest Farm. The Taff Trail runs beside the river and the Forest Farm Country Park between Whitchurch and Radyr at this point.
