This challenging the ride takes you along National Cycle Route 47 through the beautiful Welsh Valleys.
Much of this ride is traffic free with highlights including a lovely stretch along the River Towy at the start and the delightful National Botanic Gardens of Wales.
There are also views of the Swiss Valley Reservoir and a splendid run along the Millennium Coastal Path in Llanelli. You can pick up the Swiss Valley Cycle Route in Llanelli as well. The multi user trail runs along a disused railway path from the coast to Tumble village.
