Cotswold Line
This cycle route runs from Worcester to Long Hanborough, just outside Oxford.
It takes you through some wonderful Cotswolds scenery, visiting several historic towns and picturesque villages on the way. It is known as the Cotswold Line and also National Cycle Route 442.
Starting in Worcester you head to Pershore, Evesham, Honeybourne, Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh and Charlbury before coming to Long Hanborough which lies just just a few miles north west of Oxford.
The route includes some challenging climbs but you are rewarded with some glorious views over the AONB. Part of the ride uses National Cycle Route 41 so there is scope for extending your outing along this signed Sustrans route.
Near Moreton-in-Marsh you will pass close to Batsford Arboretum. The beautiful park is one of the highlights on the ride and well worth exploring if you have time.
