Cowes to Newport Cycle Track

This easy route follows the Cowes to Newport Cycle Track along National Cycle Route 23. It's about a 4 mile route, following a flat path so ideal for anyone looking for a safe easy ride. The route runs parallel with the River Mediina and there are opportunities along the way to leave the route and walk along the riverbank.
To extend the ride you can continue on to Sandown with nice views of the countryside, coast and the River Yar on the way. You could also try the Newport Circular and visit nearby Bembridge.
