Borth to Ynyslas Coastal Path
This walk takes you from Borth to the lovely Dyfi National Nature Reserve at Ynyslas.
The area is located on the beautiful Ceredigion coast, on the opposite side of the estuary to Aberdovey. The reserve consists of mudflats, sandbanks, saltmarsh, boardwalks and some tremendous high sand dunes.
It's a great place for bird watching with thousands of wetland birds to look out for. Other birds inlcude skylarks, linnets, chiffchaffs, willow warbler, merlins and hen harrier. You can learn all about the flora and fauna at the excellent on site visitor centre.
The walk starts in Borth and then heads north along Borth Sands for a distance of about 3.5 miles.

The Dyfi Valley Way starts/ends in Borth. The long distance route takes you along the river to Llanuwchllyn, visiting the Dyfi Forest on the way.
