Cayton Bay to Filey Cliff Walk
Follow the Cleveland Way from Cayton Bay to Filey Cliff on this walk along the wonderful North Yorkshire coast.
The walk runs for about 5.5 miles along the undulating cliff top path. There's some wonderful rock formations and lots of sea birds to look out for in this wildlife rich area.
The walk starts from the public car park at Cayton Bay, just south of Scarborough and north of Cayton village.
From here you can pick up the waymarked trail and follow it east to Lebberston Cliff and Gristhorpe Cliff.
You continue to Newbiggin Cliff and the North Cliff Nature Reserve before coming to Filey Brigg Country Park where there's some wonderful geology and birds to see.
The final section takes you south along Filey Bay before finishing in Filey.
