Cot Valley Walk
This walk explores the wildlife rich Cot Valley near St Just in Cornwall. The secluded valley is a pleasant place for a stroll with a picturesque stream, fine country views and good birdwatching opportunities. Keep your eyes peeled for choughs, buzzards, tawny owls, and stonechats as you make your way along the paths.
The walk starts at the car park at Porth Nanven at the mouth of the valley on the coast. This area is great for sealife with seals, dolphins and basking sharks to look out for. From here you can pick up footpaths heading east towards the Lands End Youth Hostel before looping round on alternative paths.
