Deil's Cauldron Walk
This walk visits Deil's Cauldron waterfall in Comrie in Perth and Kinross.
You can reach the falls by following a footpath north through Laggan Wood and along the River Lednock from Comrie. The falls are an impressive sight with a cascading waterfall and several pools below resembling a boiling cauldron.
On the western side of the river there's also the climb to the Melville Monument where you can enjoy some wonderful views over the area.
To continue your walking around Comrie head west along the St Fillans to Comrie Railway Path to visit Loch Earn. There's a splendid viewpoint here and the Lochearnhead to St Fillans Railway Walk to try as well.

River Lednock. The River Lednock flows steeply from the Deil's Cauldron and then over another series of waterfalls at the Little Deil's Cauldron.
Glen Lednock. This part of the glen is steep-sided and lined with oak and birch woods; the River Lednock is just out of sight below. Lord Melville's Monument is visible on the left on the summit of Dun More. Patchy snow is still present on Creag na h-Iolaire (Eagles Crag) in the distance.
