Lake Farm Country Park
This pleasant park in Hillingdon has some nice footpaths, a trim trail and a BMX track to try. You can also enjoy a walk along the Grand Union Canal which runs along the southern end of the park. The park includes over 60 acres of meadows and open grassland with a variety of flora and fauna to look out for.
To extend your walk you can head east and visit Minet Country Park.
Here you will find ponds, grassland and the Hillingdon Cycle Circuit.
Heading west will take you to Stockley Country Park.

Just to the west you can link up with the Celandine Route. This popular walk will take you along the River Pinn from Pinner to Cowley.
Head south and there's some pleasant riverside trails through Crane Park and Cranford Country Park.

Stockley Country Park. Cow parsley in the grass, hawthorn blossom in the hedges, and fitness equipment beside the gravel paths which are available to pedestrians or cyclists.
Path into Stockley Country Park. This is a few yards from the Grand Union Canal. Stockley Park has been developed as an area of office buildings close to Heathrow Airport. The northern 274 acres have been laid out as parkland for recreational use, with 11 lakes and nearly 200,000 trees and shrubs. The blossom in the photo is hawthorn.
