Nethy Bridge Walk
Nethy Bridge is a pretty riverside village in Strathspey the Scottish Highlands
This short walk in the village takes you east along the River Nethy. There's a public car park in the village where you can start the walk. From near here you can pick up the riverside path and enjoy some fine views down the river, peaceful woodland trails and wildlife including red squirrels.
The long distance Speyside Way passes through the village. You could pick up this waymarked long distance footpath to further explore the area. Also nearby is the lovely waterside paths at Loch Garten and the woodland trails at Abernethy Forest.

To the north you'll find the peaceful Lochindorb. The loch has a good walking and cycling path running along its eastern side. From here you can enjoy views across the water to the ruins of Lochindorb Castle which sits on an island in the centre of the loch.
