Llangrannog to Cwmtydu Walk
This walk follows a section of the Ceredigion Coast Path from Llangrannog to the beautiful beach at Cwmtydu.
The route runs for just over 4 miles along a waymarked cliff top path. On the way you will pass the Pendinas Lochtyn hillfort and the splendid Traeth-yr-ynys headland where there are some excellent views over Cardigan Bay and the chance to see dolphins at certain times of the year.
At Cwmtydu you'll find a delightful cove with a beach and a deep wooded valley. It's great for wildlife with wild ponies on the cliff tops and seals to look out for on the beach in the autumn.
To extend the walk continue along the coast path to visit New Quay on the New Quay To Cwmtydu Walk. You can then pick up the New Quay to Aberaeron Coastal Path where there's waterfalls and lovely beaches to see.
To continue your walking from Llangrannog head south on the Aberaeron to Llanerchaeron Walk.
