Wroughton Timberland Trail
This waymarked circular walk explores the area around the Wiltshire village of Wroughton.
On the walk you will pass through Croft Wood where there are some interesting sculptures and mountain bike trails.
You'll then head along Ladder Lane and Buredrop Wood where there are some nice views of the surrounding countryside.
The village is located just south of Swindon where you can continue your walking along the Wilts and Berks Canal on the Swindon Canal Circular Walk. Coate Water Country Park lies just to the east and has a good waterside trail around a pretty lake.
