Ordnance Survey Map Open Streetmap This signed Sustrans cycle route follows NCN route 568 from the Wirral to Chester via Hawarden Bridge.
The route includes a traffic free section along an old railway line on the Burton Marshes Greenway. There's also lovely coastal stretches through the Wirral and a fine riverside path along the River Dee into Chester.
The route was formerly known as Regional Route 89.
NCN 568 links up with National Cycle Route 56 on the Wirral and National Cycle Route 5 and 45 near Chester.
