Elmley National Nature Reserve
Enjoy a tranquil walk around this beautiful Nature Reserve on the Isle of Sheppey.
There are a number of bird hides in the reserve where you can look out for a hug variety of birdlife. Keep your eyes peeled for lapwing, redshank, whimbrel, green sandpiper and grebes.
The reserve is located on the southern side of the Isle of Sheppey at postcode ME12 3RW.

Entrance to Elmley Marshes Nature Reserve. This lane leads from Sheppey Way, near Straymarsh Cottages, through the marshes to King's Hill Farm. A car park and toilet block are in the farm. The farm and marshes are part of the RSPB Nature Reserve. The lane is also a public footpath past the farm to the seawall path on the Swale Strait.
