Gourdon to Johnshaven Walk

3.4 miles (5.5 km)

Ordnance Survey Map Open Streetmap This walk takes you along the coastal path between Gourdon and Johnshaven in Aberdeenshire. The flat, easy trail is also suitable for cyclists, following National Cycle Route 1 along a disused railway line.
The walk starts at the car parking area in the pretty fishing village of Gourdon. Here you can pick up the trail and head south past Benholm and Haughs Bay before finishing at Johnshaven. Along the way there are some splendid views of the surrounding coast and countryside to enjoy.
You can continue your walking along the coast on the Inverbervie to Gourdon Walk.
