River Tone Walk
This walk takes you along the River Tone from Taunton To Burrowbridge in Somerset.
At Burrowbridge you will link up with the River Parret Trail as this is the point where the two rivers meet.
At the end of the walk you can also climb Burrow Mump for some interesting local history and views over the area. The route passes the settlements of Creech St Michael, Knapp and Stoke St Gregory.
Along the way you will enjoy pleasant waterside sections and views over the surrounding countryside.
To continue your walking in the area you could pick up the Somerset Space Walk along the Bridgwater and Taunton Canal.
