Glandore Walks

This walk visits the pretty harbour at Glandore in County Cork.
The village offers a delightful blend of coastal scenery, historical landmarks, and vibrant flora and fauna. Starting in the car park and picnic area in the village, you'll find charming houses overlooking the serene Glandore Harbour, with views across to the neighbouring village of Union Hall. The harbour is dotted with sailing boats, and the gentle lapping of the water creates a tranquil atmosphere.
To continue your walking in the area you could head east to visit the ancient Drombeg Stone Circle. You could also visit the wonderfully positioned Galley Head lighthouse and the lovely Lough Hyne near Skibbereen.
